Where we ship

We ship across India and worldwide. Shipping within India is complimentary. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and parcel weight.

Made to order

Every piece is made after you order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your piece to be ready before it ships. Custom and made-to-measure orders usually take 4–8 weeks, and we confirm the exact date with you before work begins.

Delivery and tracking

Once your order ships, we send you the courier name and tracking number by email and WhatsApp. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier. You can also check your order on our Order tracking page.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer on delivery. Customs delays are outside our control.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or wrong parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. See our Refund & Returns policy.
