Our terms, plainly put.
Custom work
Custom pieces begin after we confirm the design, timeline and pricing with you. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been purchased.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates and can vary by destination, customs and carrier conditions. We will always share tracking when your parcel leaves the studio.
Returns
Please contact us within seven days of delivery if there is a problem with your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
